I caved and went to Urgent Care today. I wasn't going to, but man. This whole not-breathing thing sucks. They gave me a breathing treatment during, which I'm sure I heard a choir singing as my chest stopped feeling so tight. YAY! The doctor said I have an upper respiratory infection (not a total shocker) and gave me antibiotics.

Crossing my fingers this is the start of an upswing!
