We figured out the reason for the neighborhood mallards:

These little sweeties were found laying under a bush at my neighbor's house. No idea where they actually hatched, but it couldn't be too far away. Look how cute they are!!!!

Dan & I got a lot done this weekend sans kids. A lot! And our reward shall be.... more work. But check out our cool new kitchen cabinets (disregard the mess on the countertop -- it's still a work in progress). This project has been almost six years in the making. Too bad it took a desire to sell the house to light the fire under us ("us" = Daniel, haha!) to finish it. But if it's true that kitchens and master bedrooms are what sell a house, then hopefully this will be worth the effort:

We also did a lot of pre-packing and took a couple loads of boxes & shelves out to Kerry's house, where we're storing stuff in her basement because she's a rock-star friend that way. By the time we arrived with our second load, Colin & Jackson asked if we were moving in with them. Ha! I wish!

We were up until about midnight Saturday night, then up again by 7:45am this morning, and we worked like fools until 4:45 this afternoon when I went to get the boys from my Mom's.

I have pictures to load onto Shutterfly, but it might be a bit before I get to it. We have tons of stuff to do this week, especially between now & Wednesday when the realtor comes.

Oh, but here's Sean from soccer yesterday morning!!
