Today, I wore flip flips on my unpedicured feet, because I really didn't expect that a pedicure would be necessary in March in Michigan. Yet between December and March, we went from winter to spring to winter to spring to winter to SUMMER. Our windows are open, our ceiling fans are on, and I had to take the down comforter off the bed because I was waking up sweating. Ick.
I had to dig through my summer clothes to find a few short-sleeve shirts for work (I'm not totally confident enough to put away the winter clothes yet, however). We sent the kids to daycare/school today in shorts.
In March.
I'm loving it though. I love coming home after work, making dinner, and then going outside to play with the boys for awhile. Longer evenings ROCK!
I am, however, a little bit nervous about what this August might bring if it's already in the 70's right now... (!).
